How to begin to
waken your mind.
Can you remember a time
when you actually listened to your inner self. That ‘feeling’ or
sense or actual voice?
This
is the key to finding out about self knowledge, guide messages and
this is how you find your intuition. This is how you find your life
direction.
We each have inside of us
our life path code, our directions for life.
This is mostly an enigma
to us if we do not heed and listen and decipher.
If we listen to the
directions we will see improvements coming to us, changes that are
positive and well directed goals.
Why don’t we listen?
Why do we not take
notice?
If you are not being
alert and being tired, and feeling numb and asleep; you do not see
what spiritual awakening can bring and you never will.
Think back in time, do
you remember a moment in time when you just knew that a direction
was right for you, or you had a sudden attraction to another person,
or an impulse to contact an old friend. Did you listen to these
feelings or ignore them.
If you listened you will
by looking back see that these events took you to a positive path
event, a learning event or to a place in time that was wonderful.
This was a time of alertness, a moment of intuition it was a hint
of spiritual awakening.
How do you listen to your
intuitive voices, many people say that through meditation, or
through concentrating on each chakra, remote viewing, dreams, yoga
and many other practices that are suggested quiet the mind, that we
find our guide, or our direction.
I find that just each day
making sure that you are alert is a great start; being alert is not
as easy as it sounds.
Take each minute at a
time, each hour, and each day at a time.
Notice what is around
you. Start with your own space, are you seeing your life, the
little things that you miss are the things that will bring to you
more exhilaration.
Intuitive energy will
enable you to see beauty, light and exhilaration that has always
been there, you just didn’t see it.
The beginning of your
awakening is just the start of a new life.
How do you begin, take
notice of what is around you.
Have you noticed that
tree that you pass each day, I mean really taken notice, what colour
are the leaves, there are some many different green shades, does it
have smooth bark or rough. Do you think it had a time when it was
starved for water, can you see this in the growth of the tree, do
you see what tiny mites inhabit the bark?
What colour eyes does
your boss have?
Do you listen to what
people are saying to you, do you read signs, do you notice the
birds? These are just suggestions to start you off on your
observations to bring about a path to awakening.
All these are little
things and mostly they are passed by without thought.
Start to take notice,
start to see things, stop and look at the little things, this is the
beginning of opening your mind to the way to listening to your guide
and finding that inner voice that will bring to you health and
happiness.
It is the beginning of
the lifting of the veil.
You do not have to find a
‘quiet place’ you just have to have your mind working.
Stress closes off our
senses. If you are feeling rattled you will not be alert.
Wake up tomorrow and
start the process of alerting your mind, bit by bit train yourself
to be more alert, practice by taking notice of things around you.
This is the start of self knowledge, of soul growth, each day you
will find that more and more things start to be in your field of
sight. Wake up your senses. Transform your stress into perception.
What about the negative
feelings we have.
Why are we so good at
listening to negative voices, the invisible voice that tells us that
we are not good enough, the voices and feelings of bad times
coming. The inner concerns that we will not achieve or attain.
The fears that invade our mind and put us in a vulnerable situation.
Where do they come from,
well they come from people in our past, parents, teachers, peer
groups, the negative that is given to us by a ‘word’ a ‘look’ and
retained and kept to bring forward when we are feeling most
vulnerable.
These are residual energy
voices, points in our life time where someone had negative energy to
throw at us. Catching this energy can hold us back for years. So
sieve through those negative thoughts and know that they are not
yours, they have been given to you, it was you who decided to run
with them and keep them in your life each day.
Always know that
negativity can be tossed our way, but it is only ours if we chose to
catch it.
